Description: EX6242S is a specially manufactured anionic emulsifier, applied in wax and microcrystalline wax emulsification, and capable of improving the adhesion of the wax film to glass or concrete.

Applications: EX6242S is recommended to be used at an amount that is 7%～10% of the oil-phase material; the solid content of wax aqueous emulsion is 30%～60%.

Benefits: The emulsion made of EX6242S shows more advantages than that made of other anionic emulsifiers, including:

● Wide application range, capable of emulsifying wax and microcrystalline wax easily at a melting point below 80℃.

● Strong emulsifying ability, the ratio of wax and emulsifier can be 15:1.

● High solid content, up to 60%.

●  At normal temperature, the viscosity of the emulsion is moderate, and it is easy to flow.

●  The strength of wax film made of this wax emulsion is same to the one that made by directly melting wax.

●  When the wax emulsion is dried on glass and then soaked in water, the wax film will not be softened or dispersed, showing excellent water resistance and adhesion to glass.
