Description: EX6243 is a specially manufactured cationic emulsifier, applied in wax and microcrystalline wax emulsification.

Applications: EX6243 is recommended to be used at an amount that is 10%～15% of the oil-phase material;the solid content of wax aqueous emulsion is 30%～50%.

Benefits: The emulsion made of EX6243 shows more advantages than that made of other cationic emulsifiers, including:

● Wide application range, capable of emulsifying wax and microcrystalline wax easily at a melting point below 80℃.

● Suitable for acid emulsion, and the emulsion pH is between 3～6.

● At normal temperature, the viscosity of the emulsion is moderate, and it is easy to flow.

● The strength of wax film made of this wax emulsion is same to the one that made by directly melting wax.

● When the wax film is soaked in water, it will not be softened or dispersed, showing excellent water resistance.
