Description: EX6241 is a specially manufactured non-ionic emulsifier, applied in wax and microcrystalline wax emulsification.

Applications: EX6241 is recommended to be used at 6%～10% of the oil-phase material; the solid content of wax aqueous emulsion is 30%～60%.

Benefits: The emulsion made of EX6241 shows more advantages than that made of other non-ionic emulsifiers, including:

● Wide application range, capable of emulsifying wax and microcrystalline wax easily at a melting point below 80℃.

● Strong emulsifying ability, the ratio of wax and emulsifier can be 15:1.

● High solid content, up to 60%.

●  At normal temperature, the viscosity of the emulsion is moderate, and it is easy to flow.

●  Good hard water resisting ability, in 100ºdH hard water.

●  Showing good emulsifying property for wax in high concentration brine (1% KCl salt water)
