EX9003 is a reactive composite oil phase material applied in bulk emulsion explosives, especially applied in the up-hole filling.

Applications: 

EX9003 is recommended to be used at an amount  of  5-7%.

Benefits:

The bulk emulsion explosives made of EX9003 has more advantages than that made of other PIBSA, SMO based emulsifiers, including:

1. Free from cryogenic crystalline material (such as paraffin), excellent low-temperature fluidity, lower pumping pressure, and applicable to a wide operating temperature.

2. Rapidly increased colloid viscosity after chemical sensitization, capable of effectively avoiding the falling of explosive from up-hole.

3. Excellent emulsifying performance and water resistance.

4. Wide range of temperature as chemical foaming agent.

5. Easily pumped and adaptive to harsh transportation condition.

6. long and stable shelf life.
